Relaxation Crafts — Commercial-Lite License

These terms apply to Premium Plus members (“Commercial-Lite Rights”).
Free and Premium members are personal use only unless a specific product states otherwise.

1) What “Commercial-Lite Rights” means
Commercial-Lite Rights give you limited permission to use Relaxation Crafts printables in small client/group settings you lead, while keeping the files protected (no sharing, no resale).

This is designed to be similar to common “personal + single classroom/group use” licensing language — without granting full commercial resale rights.

2) Allowed uses (Premium Plus)
You may:

A) Run sessions you lead (client/group use)
- Print the content and use it in sessions you lead (e.g., small workshops, wellbeing sessions, activity groups).
- Hand out printed sheets to participants during that session.

B) Limited take-home prints (small scale)
- Provide a reasonable number of printed take-home copies to participants from a session you led.

C) Internal business use
- Use content internally (team wellbeing, staff activity table, private workplace event).

D) Light customization for your session
- Add small text like: participant name lines, date, short instructions, or your business name in a footer.
- Resize for printing (A4/Letter), print in black and white, etc.

3) Not allowed (important)
You may not:

A) Share or redistribute files
- No emailing PDFs/PNGs/ZIPs to clients, students, members, or friends.
- No uploading to Google Drive/Dropbox, Facebook groups, classroom portals, membership sites, or any shared folder.
- No “private link,” QR code to the file, or digital handout.

B) Resell the content (digital or printed)
- No selling the files.
- No selling printed copies as products (in shops, markets, Etsy, bundles, etc.).
- No including them inside paid downloadable packs.

C) Create near-as-is derivatives for distribution
- You may not tweak and then distribute/resell (“slightly edited” still counts).

D) Print-on-demand or publishing
- No uploading to KDP, POD sites, or “coloring book” publishing workflows.

E) Claim ownership
- You may not claim the designs as your own or remove copyright notices.

4) Reasonable scale
Commercial-Lite Rights are meant for small-scale use tied to sessions you lead.

If you need:
- school-wide distribution,
- large events,
- ongoing institutional programs,
- digital classroom distribution,

…please request a separate license.

5) Ownership
All content remains the intellectual property of Relaxation Crafts. You’re receiving access to a limited license, not ownership.

6) Membership status
Commercial-Lite Rights apply only while your Premium Plus membership is active.

If your membership ends, you must stop using the content in client/group settings. (Previously printed copies should not continue to be distributed.)

7) Simple summary
Allowed: print and use in sessions you lead; limited take-home prints; internal team use; light session edits.
Not allowed: share the files digitally; upload anywhere; resell as-is; POD/publishing; mass distribution.
